    Re: Crazy ebay auction #56789783

It's one expensive toast, it's obviously fake the bidder has only a 1 transaction history.

he said the bidder.. which is the buyer.

    http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...id=damienklaas

He means that they only have 1 transaction, which means it probably is the same person trying to get other people to bid.

It will get moldy before anyone gets it.... Sometimes I think people come up with these auctions just so goldenpalace will bid on them. *sigh* Why can't people get real jobs?

I don't see why people are bidding on this one. It doesn't have a geniunely funny description or an original story, and the "Keep Bidding" updates just show that he's a greedy bastard.

    Marketing...

But yeah, this does get old.... If people would quit crossposting these items to different forums, no one would care....

Yeah, but half the time they seem like ordinary people who buy the product, I understand why goldenpalace is interested...

GoldenPalace is obviously bidding/buying these items for the publicity. What better way to attract more members to your online casino than getting on TV, Newspapers, etc. by buying these odd items.

Hey, if this piece of toast will sell for over $15,000, that is a good sign. It means the economy is in good shape--so much money around that it's ok to drop a bunch of it on a piece of bread. So, if you can't make up your mind on that stock purchase, I'd say go ahead and buy.

Hrm. It'd be probably the biggest thing on the news if the toast was //really// that shaped from the start (well, after it was toast'd).

    But obviously, it is not.

There are too many crazy ebay auctions -_-

Do you all know that goldenpalace has been posted on WHT at least 3 times about their crazy stuff... AND they've gotten news coverage... and they are sure to have reached a heavy hand on the blogs.

All in all... paying that much for a stupid piece of toast gives them advertising that is worth 10 fold.

Or it could just mean that it's the stupid people that have all the money and that we should kill ourselves before the human race blows up the world.
