I've been with Milescape for a year and half now, and I have been satisfied with them ever since I signed up.
Lately however, they don't answer any support tickets, they don't pick up the phone, they don't answer e-mails, no nothing! So I decided I want to leave Milescape and opened a ticket telling them to cancel any future billings to my credit card and confirm this. Even that ticket has been left unanswered for weeks on end.
They don't seem to be out of business, because everything else is running smoothly (server wise I mean), nothing is down. But I'm getting a sneaking suspicion that everything will be shut down eventually. I could be paranoid, but I sure don't want to pay for a webhost who doesn't even bother to reply on support tickets anyway.
Well, I've told my credit card company to refuse any future billings from milescape.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar with Milescape? Does anyone know what's up with Milescape now a days?
Yeah, perhaps they can. Nothing would be better than to hear their side of the story. Needless to say, I've made up my mind on the matter though, and I'd be surprised if Milescape were to reply here, when they haven't even bothered following up on my tickets initially. Which is sad.
