Has anybody else noticed sites hosted with quickpacket.com being down? I have not been able to access my sites since around 11 p.m. last night (5/5/05). i cant submit a support ticket because the support site, mypacket.com, seems to be down as well.
Since those were down, I sent an e-mail to thier sales dept but have not heard from them either. Anybody else having any issues?
I also have an account with QuickPacket... and right now I am regretting it...

I don't know what quickpacket's definition of "outage" is... nothing works right now, all sites are unreachable including their own... I have clients on my back, pretty desperate indeed... quickpacket.com is down and has been for the last 11 hours or so... same with quickpacket.net, and all my sites...
Any idea when the service might resume? Please quickpacket people, if you can communicate here please do so... because your own site is down and therefore no ticket can be entered.

Well, it's not possible to use the regular means of contact, because the entire thing is down, including quickpacket.com and quickpacket.net... boy, I cannot even begin to explain how BAD the timing of this outage is... not that is ever good, but right now ... it's Murphy's Law in full force... they did seem good... obviously they aren't... no communication, no explanation, 11 hours down.
