Just different prices from different providers is all. Interland.com is trying to offer more serious solutions (they most likely have what they feel is better staff, support, fully managed, etc..) and in return their prices are much higher.
It is all the quality that you should be looking at when you are going for a dedicated server because support will be important for you when you want to have a dedicated server. At the same time you should remember that quality does not comes cheap.
I don't think you guys read his post. Interland, on the same webpage, advertises their IBM eServers for $300 to $1000 per month, and also has an image saying IBM eServer $99.95/mo with a phone number. THEIR phone number.
I assume if you call and talk, you can find that $99.95/mo server they're selling, and it will be the old Celeron 2.0/256MB RAM/40GB HD/50GB BW servers they sold for the past two years at around $199/mo. Extra stock.
