This server it's Located at FDCServers, Chicago.

Are you sure about your specification? I am about to have a dedicated 100 Mbps for $3000 a month. $159 looks too low, is it?

They are overselling, are they? Because if we take such server, we may use up to 10'000 Gb a month. I don't know how they wil take it. I am serious, I am about to pay $3000 for an unmetred 100 mbps. Can you ask your provided if we can send 30 Mbps a month?

    Found it:

    20. Unmetered Bandwidth

FDCservers.net LLC does not charge any overage fees regardless of customer`s bandwidth usage

    100Mbit unmetered service plan

Each server is connected via private (non-shared) 100Mbit port to our 6Gbit backbone which is shared by all servers that have subscribed to unmetered service plan. The bandwidth is NOT dedicated.
Servers on 100Mbit unmetered plan can expect average 3000GB-5000GB/monthly throughput on outbound transfer (from the server to the internet) and up to 30TB/monthly throughput on inbound transfer (from the internet to the server)

    5Mbit unmetered service plan

Each server is connected via private (non-shared) 5Mbit port to our 6Gbit backbone which is shared by all servers that have subscribed to unmetered service plan. The bandwidth is NOT dedicated.
Servers on 100Mbit unmetered plan can expect average 1000GB-1500GB/monthly throughput on outbound transfer (from the server to the internet) and up to 30TB/monthly throughput on inbound transfer (from the internet to the server)

    Bandwidth usage abuse

FDCservers.net LLC pro-actively monitors backbone utilization in order to ensure that bandwidth resources are equally shared. FDCservers.net LLC has no objections against burstable usage of the 100Mbit port however customers that have sustained usage of 15Mbit (outbound only) or more may be asked to upgrade to a dedicated service plan or may have their port capped to 10Mbit

However 3000GB-5000GB/monthly is a good deal. I am sure you'll find somebody.

Is IP tunneling trafic (VPN) allowed on this segment of FDC network? I owned a similar server before but by mistake bought the one where they don't allow IP tunneling, and I need it for maintaining real servers for Linux Virtual Server. Is IP tunneling allowed here?

The box went down for aprox nearly 4 days. I can't afford that kind of down time at all.
This is the most worst support team I ever seen before!
