Recommendations for high-traffic log file analysis?

We're currently using Urchin, but exceed its capacity within 24 hours.

Urchin's settings allow for a maximum of 60,000 records... but our busy discussion board with over 1.3 million posts can easily achieve page-views of over 100,000 distinct pages on any given day. This means that once we max out the Urchin database, new discussion threads are not included in the Urchin traffic reporting.

Does anyone have recommendations on another analysis tool?

(Third-party hosted solutions would cost over $3,000/month based on our traffic, so we need something we own.)
