What do you feel an average response time from a datacenter is when it comes to an outage with your server?

Basically, how long do you feel is too long?

Obviously everyone wants their problems handled right a way but we know that can't happen.

Take a reboot request for instance. What would be a good response time on that request in your opinion?

If it's an unmanaged server with no server monitoring provided, there is no reponsibility for the provider to reboot your server. However, if you submit a ticket, or call it in, best would be under 10 minutes, and at max, 30 minutes.
