Have one server with them I'd been impressed they respond to every type of ticket very fast. Haven't had any downtime what so ever and the server hasn't had any hardware issues. I guess the only thing I'm annoyed about is their 80GB HDD's are 2mb cache ones not 8mb.

As for their setup times for most it's 48-72 hours generally.

Depending on the server you order:

    Rapid Deployment 1-6 business hours

    Others 24-72 business hours

Excellent company. I ordered a rapid server when they started them, had some hardware issues, they bent over backwards for me. I will be posting a full writeup when I get a chance to type it all out.

Reboots are within 10-15 mins all the time (my issue required frequent reboots)

Their billing/support/bandwidth system is a bit of a mess, separate addresses for all of them but I think I read they are working on an integrated system

I would say you're in very good hands if you pick LT.

    Thumbs up

Yeah, they are great. No downtime, friendly and speedy support.

I would have to agree on the billing/support/bandwidth areas, they are all seperate and it's a pain having to remember 3 seperate usernames and passwords. But otherwise, brilliant!

I had a server with layeredtech last year through a reseller, it was great just be patient if you are not ordering a rapid deployment system. I had solid network uptimes, reboots within 15 minutes. Great deal for the money.
