    help with thttpd

    Hi!

I have a new server running thttpd as webserver and webmin as control panel.

I have no experiance at all with thttpd, and would like to know how I am suposed to add domains to the server..

Basically, I will need to add a few domains that all will point to the same directory, and a few that will point to separate..

Is there any way I can use the webmin module 'Virtualmin' for doing this?

I have read all on thttpd's site without understanding anything.. :/

    Thanks!!

I think you might consider hiring a system administrator to configure the system for you, and show you how to use it.

Yes well I just had a sys admin hired to configure the system, but I didn't ask for any instructions on how to do this kind of things..

I think you should contact him... it's his job to help you set up your server and make it usable. Included with this is educating the user on how to administer it. Failing that, hire another sysadmin.

I'm not sure why he used thttpd, it's kind of featureless, and may not serve your needs over the long term.

Thanks. Its the only clever thing I could come up with at the time. I've had it for a year now and I think I'm going to keep it. The nerds seem to enjoy it.
