Rumor has it that SWR witnessed some battles in the Civil War first hand. Granted, he may have been quite young at the time.

I'll answer your questions
- Yes everything gets wrinkly.
- Yes, even that.
- Yes it hurts removing hair from your ears yourself.
- Yes we learnt and could use grammar and spelling properly in our day.
- Yes things were better in our days.

i never fought in any war, 'cept those with my kids. And they always tell me, in all their wisdom, that i dont know what i'm talking about.
As far as wiseones go, my money is on Jan and Dennis (anon-e-mouse and SWR). They wont steer ya wrong!
P.S. i'll be 48 this summer.g.

When this question was asked a (long) while back I'm pretty sure Dennis came out on top as the crustiest old man.

My last trip to the Doc revealed my last heart attack was minor. I am just hoping to make it to the point I can see a paleontologist.Don't you walk thru my words

I think SWR may be slightly older than me. I would be the next oldest, and of the active members in the lounge I would be one of the oldest members and according to This wonderful site I am also the HOTTEST WHT member (with the biggest vote)
However I am rather a shy bashful modest type.
