    3 cheers for touchsupport

    I just wanted to say that touch support is pretty cool. We decided to purchase service from them as a sort of insurance on top of our admins, and they are very good about responding quickly. So I would highly recomend them. Thanks David for the great service you guys provide. You guys do a great job!

    We use them as a sort of "uptime insurance", in case our admins and our nagios set up fails. So far they have been very fast at responding. We do get the more juicy support plans from them, just the "Reaction" plan. So I cannot speak for the other services...

    We have had their service now for a couple of months, and we are very happy so far.

    We've had a great experience with touchsupport as well, we use them for shared hosting client support.

    We've been a client of theirs for around 6 months, maybe a little longer. Helps me sleep better at night knowing they'll be there to pick things up.

    I hate to say this but this review is worthless. You haven't given any facts to back up your comments. I saw one user asked about the types of problems they've been able to resolve for you but got no answer to that.

    I love seeing people providing good feedback on companies because we might all need that help one day but I hope it could be a little more useful. From what you've written I can't see any reason to say wow they are great.

    On the other side, I'm glad things are working out for you. Keep us posted.

    I do not like to talk too much detail about this sort of thing, you know what I mean I am sure....

    What I can say is that they have always responded fast when needed. You can fill in the blanks I'm sure

    Correct, from this review we would not know if they are simply great at following step by step instructions (as their Response plan seems to be) or if they can troubleshoot beyond that. While I can understand your reluctance to give *specific* instances, maybe a general level of what they have been able to do for you would suffice.

    Ok, take a look at what reaction plan is...

    They respond quick every time we needed.

    It is pretty simple really, you can can add up these two and fill in the blanks with your imagination (backed by your web hosting experience)...

    I am happy cuase they act fast when needed...

    TouchSupport is excellent. You get what you pay for. They may be a bit more expensive but it's worth every penny. They really take good care of your customers.
