You can get that package any where, but if your looking for something cheap, id try Managed.com , i had problems for first 3 months they opened, but after that, everything went smooth, when they got there new lines installed.
Maybe post a request in the "Host & Request" forum, im sure you'll get a few offers.

It would help if you provide specific numbers like not just the brand of CPU but the speed or model number, harddisk space required, bandwidth in gigabytes or at least in the megabits rates, how much RAM you require, rough location of your server, how much hand-holding you require and how much you are willing to pay.
Everything you state is very relative and we can't provide anything more than just vague answers.
For example, you could state something like.
I need at least an AMD Althon 64 3200 with 1gb RAM and 80gb Harddisk (Best if it is SCSI), 3000gb bandwidth on a 100mbps port, it needs to be in central US and I want Redhat Enterprise 3 with a CPanel Control Panel. I am a newbie and need a fully managed server with a datacenter would can be called 24/7 to hand hold me through the process of setting up the firewall, setting up the accounts and comes with a remote backup solution. I do not know what is an email server so I need a host who is willing to set it up for me and teach me how to set it up on my computer so I can use it. I am willing to pay like between $500 to $700 /mth for this because I am cheap and afford anything more.
*Note : That's just an example.. I am not looking for a server at this time.
I guess you guys are right, it's not specific. Wait a second, managed.com is NOT managed? Okay, I'll try to get more specific:
AMD--Any processor is fine. I don't need AMD server grade, their desktop processors are good enough.
At least 512MB of RAM--1GB would be nice, but if it's going to cost over $15 per month to get that, then I don't want it.
For the price, all I want is more GB's than $$. There is a great server on dedicated place, that they will provide me with 500GB of space, AMD processor, 512MB RAM, for $185. I'm basically just looking for anyone who can beat that.
