    Whois info 3 years old

    Hi, how would I get in contact with an owner of a domain name that has whois info that is 3 years, and I cannot contact him about a domain name, etc.

    Assuming the contact e-mail on the domain doesn't work, you could file a complaint with ICANN and the domain registrar of the domain, since ICANN rules require valid contact information. If you genuinely want a valid e-mail address or you're simply interested in making an offer on the domain, this should help both. Do that once every couple of weeks until the information is valid.

    That's where I would start.

    Are you getting an email bounced back to you or what? If they are not responding they might not want to deal.. doesn't mean the info is out of date but might be
