please i need help from experts about something ,,
i have my own web hosting server , and i added acostumer with a domain name let's say [ xxxx*********** ] and i added the account through the WHM and i edited dns zones,,,
But When i Open [ xxxx*********** ] i find this page :

sounds like ip misconfiguration for this xxxx*********** domain. Ping that domain and check the ip is configured properly in httpd.conf virtualhost section...hopes this helps

Could it be that the domain is missing from /etc/localdomains, techlollu? I've had a couple instances where I add a domain in WHM and it doesn't work, and I come to find out that the domain never made it into localdomains.
Oh and what happens if you visit the IP address of your cPanel/WHM server? Does it bring up the website you're having a problem with?

Sounds like there is something going on with Apache. I'd submit a trouble ticket to your datacenter or dedicated server support team. Let them know that when you punch in the IP, the correct domain loads, but the "alpha name is not responding."
