How does Ev1servers.net get usage statistics?

I was curious....does anyone know what package ev1servers.net uses to monitor it's network links , ie http://www.ev1servers.net/english/aboutus/networks.asp

I'd like to set up a server that monitors our links like this as well.

I've done it before waaaay back when but I have completely forgotten how to do it.

There are many good programs out there.

    Try: http://www.mastersoft-italia.com/home.asp

English site doesn't look to be working...

http://ntmonitor.com it requires some code changes on your router but has the ability to publish graphed reports automatically every X minutes.

Technically you install it on a server, that polls your router/switch/snmp capable device
