Yes and no. Since h-sphere is a cluster you will have a separate web server, database, email, etc. This is assuming you're not installing it all on one server. Generally you start with 3 servers running one as the control panel and ns2, the other as mail, mysql, ns1 and the third as the web server.
So the answer is yes it does install all the services but not in the traditional single server config like plesk or others do.
