Vacation on hold / Waiting for resellerworkz/hostworks support
Does Resellers even answer their email anymore? Did they pack up and go home?
I've had 2 machines with them for like two months, and already have my second network / unknown related downtime. Now I can't access my one machine at all, and I'm worried the other one may have the same fate.
While the last one was fixed in a few hours, this time it's been down for at least 16 hours now.. I've email them and submitted a trouble ticket.. I've only gotten a note that "they have contacted the NOC" ... but that was many hours ago.
Meanwhile, I was suppose to leave on vacation this morning, but that is now postponed until they fix this, or until I can get a new server somewhere else set up.
Uhg.. Is anyone else troubled by their response times?
Heh, I was reading the reviews of them here.. and people seemed pleased. They say that their managed, so I would think they could at least manage to minimize downtime.
I wish I could afford the more $$ places, but unfortunately, I can't... I don't even need managed. I just need the network to work most of the time and the ability to have fast reboots if something is wrong w/ the machine.
We haven't gone anywhere. I have replied to your PM and Chris was/is looking into your server issue.
