    Thumbs down eNOM Account Stolen!?

I have seen many threads about domains beening stolen

and this time it is my turn.

I lost my enom account password, which is not possible!
I remember this password and there's no way that I should forget it!
Email address was changed or enom password resending mail delayed.
it has been 20 minutes, i can't wait longer.
I was trying enom, but there's no tel number nor email address for contact. =_=#

I don't have many domains there, why I am picked?

Oh, more and more people gets their accounts stolen... Any ideas to protect oneselves?..

By the way, was the name of registrant also changed for your domains? Check out whois, maybe if it wasn't modified, you will be able to prove ownership and recover password. Good luck!

    thank you for your suggestion.
So far nothing has been changed.
I think whois info might take a while to take effect.

I am just curious, i have no more than 5 domains there
    really strange..

Here is Enom's phone number 425.274.4500 and fax 425.274.4518 if you want to send written complain about your account. Also check your all emails for change password notifications and also change your passwords because most likely your account is jeopardized through your email.

I really could not think any possible causes of this

They may do this if a chargeback occured or if they suspect some type of fraudulent activity. Christine in fraud should be able to help you.

    I have found the problem:
Password recovery email was delayed for about 3 hours
during which I was so worried and took it for granted
    that my account was stolen.
When I received the password, I could login my account
And then, it was disabled...because someone at eNom say this thread =_=#
Really my fault, I shouldn't have been that anxious.
Please anybody @enom if you see this thread,
please unlock my account. Thank you.
(You can check my email address at this forum and other info which i will send you via email to varify my identity )
