CSS experts, site designed without tables

Hello,

I am looking for a freelancer programmer.

I need a tandards-compliant site which is fully XHTML compliant and CSS 2.1 driven:

PHP
XML
XHTML
CSS 2.1

cc
aaa

RSS

Table-less web design (=site designed without tables)

In order to understand what kind of programmer I am looking for you can read and learn more from these sites:

www.37signals.com
www.happycog.com/work
www.zeldman.com
www.simplebits.com
www.superfluousbanter.org
www.mezzoblue.com
www.stopdesign.com

Do you know a freelancer marketplace where I can find such programmers? It seems hard for me to find such programmers...

There are likely quite a few around but most of the designs I see on WHT are still using tables for layout.

I try and keep my pages this way as much as possible. Only occasionally does an IE rendering quirk cause a problem and much as I hate using them, there are 'hacks' for most of those quirks.

IWDN is a great place to ask.

You can throw an ad in WHT's advertising forums, as a few of us do layouts that are up to standards.

Is CSS tableless design accepted by most browsers?
