Value for your money, but customer service can be a slow. There is no number to reach them. I give them 3.8 Stars over all.
Their bandwidth is ehh...you definately couldnt run a dedicated gaming server with the random timeouts. Although the uptime has always been there, and the staff seems to know what their doing. But right now for $35 I get 7GIGs + 1000GIG Trans Virtuozzo VPS w/CPANEL, WHM.
Anyways, thats my two cents.

I'd say your review is pretty accurate, although I don't understand the network issues. It is consistent lag or just every now and then? If it really is a problem please let our support staff know! Network should definitely not be slow.

I really think they deserve at least a 2 becuase of their lack of customer support. I signed up with them but then cancled because I found a better deal for my need else where. They cancled the account, but still billed me and that was over a week ago. I cannot contact them on the phone (tried sporatically throughout the day for three days), I cannot contact them through email. I've put in tickets that are a week old which are not resolved.
They do not list a physical contact information -- go figure. Must be a 'hole in the wall' operation. I pointed out to them that they no longer allow plesk as an option on their order form, yet they include it in the listing of their packages. They admitted that they are having problems with their billing system and as of this date it has not been fixed.
I think he means rackshack.net, which are now EV1servers.net.
No I'm talking about tektonic.net. When I wrote 'at least a 2.0' I was being sarcastic. They really, obviously from my own perpective, need a negative score just from the lack of contact and basic support.
