What companies/datacenters....

Well basically datacenters that rent out servers them self I am looking into right now. I am looking for a company that has the best SLA, and Network uptime as well good support. As in if I need to reboot I would like it within a short amount of time not 5 + hours.

Which Datacenters match what I am looking for?

Hurricane Electric has a dedicated server service. Custom quotes, too.
They have their own US/Europe fiber network, and I can call their toll-free number and request a reboot, and it's done immediately. Excellent service, excellent uptime, excellent network, and EXCELLENT PRICE!

How is the pricing? Like what are you paying right now for what type of server?

I go through a reseller (I've seen HE quotes though, they're amazing. The pricing has probably changed by now. My quote was from months ago.)

Go to www.he.net and click on Dedicated Servers for a quote form, if you want a quote on a specific configuration.

Definitely look for a remote reboot port to be included with that server. Depending on a tech in running shoes isn't always the best way to go, it's always more fun to reboot it yourself.

If you are looking for Canadian servers check out iweb.ca.

They also offer remote reboot ports.

I'd say most any reputable place could do that for you...
Get yourself a power rebooter and you don't even need a reputable place

Steadfastnetworks.com
Colo4dallas.com

Out of the 15 or so providers i've been through in the past five years. Steadfast & Colo4dallas exceeded all of my expectations.

In terms of support, network uptime and pricing, I'd say steadfastnetworks.com will suit your needs. It comes with a NOC panel also.
