It looks like your server is still installed on the Peer1 only part of our network. That part of our network was affected by Peer1's outage that occured this afternoon. In the next weeks we will add Teleglobe to our BGP network mix and we'll start to give new ips to the clients still connected to our old network. When you'll be on the new network you will not be dependent of Peer1 anymore.
Our web site is also still on Peer1 only .. we'll be changing this soon too. Most servers released in the last year and installed on our BGP network did not suffer any outage.
Peer1 did not provide any information yet about what happened but it looks like there was some kind of routing problem on their side. We'll update the news in our tech support page when we'll have more information.
