    Question US bank account for LLC, which owned by non-US

    I am talking about business account for LLC which is owned by non-US. Is there a way to open a business account for my LLC without visit US? Do I need to report the interest in this account to IRS? If YES, do I need to file tax return for interest in this account? Thanks. Again, the LLC is owned by non-US.

    Yes. It's possible. Try the major banks and see if any of them have a branch in your country if they do, simple have the local branch to autenticate the papers and it will work fine.

    Yes. You need to report the money to the IRS

    Yes. You need to file the tax return every year 1 month before your fiscal year finishes and you have to pay state taxes too.
