    Exim is acting up!

On my Fecora box with cPanel, everything else except Exim works fine.

While restarting Exim through WHM, it displays:

    Code:
exim: [rel != 220] Apr 26 22:15:49 host exim: exim shutdown failed Apr 26 22:15:50 host exim: antirelayd shutdown succeeded Apr 26 22:15:50 host exim: spamd shutdown succeeded Apr 26 22:15:50 host exim: 2005-04-26 22:15:50 non-existent configuration file(s): /etc/exim.conf Apr 26 22:15:50 host exim: exim startup failed Apr 26 22:15:50 host exim: 2005-04-26 22:15:50 non-existent configuration file(s): /etc/exim.conf Apr 26 22:15:50 host exim: exim startup failed Apr 26 22:15:51 host exim: antirelayd startup succeeded Apr 26 22:15:52 host exim: spamd startup succeeded exim has failed, please contact the sysadmin.
And it displays the following in the Server Status in WHM:
    Code:
    exim (exim-4.43-40_cpanel_smtpctl_av_rewrite_mm2_mmmtrap_exiscan_md5pass)	failed [Red Light]
    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

What do the actual logfiles themselves say? These two things are useless to get to the heart of the issue.

And next time, how about breaking off your lines. It causes bad formatting during replies.

Ah! those lines messed up the whole page, sorry! Hope some mod fixes it soon.

btw, I ran #/scripts/exim4 but it doesnt seem to work:

    bzip2: Compressed file ends unexpectedly;
perhaps it is corrupted? *Possible* reason follows.
    bzip2: Success
    Input file = /scripts/.cpanelsync.bz2, output file = /scripts/.cpanelsync

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.

You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.
