is it ISP problem, or may be DNS problem?

    who can explain this?

i have reseller account. but sometimes i cann't view

    or

    1. my main site of this account.

    or

    2. can view pain site, but cann't view other sites which are in this account on the same ip.

just now i cann't access to www.3-rx.com, and even http://207.58.143.109/~rx3com/ isn't online for me.

try to ping via http://www.all-nettools.com/toolbox . ping is fine: average round-trip time: 10.164 ms
    run dsn report: http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsre...omain=3-rx.com

but main site of this account is online (from here)

but unfortunately i don't understand, can this "fails" cause such a problem.

hmm ... can u tell me, what kind of problem can it be?

at first i think that it may be my ISP problem, but if this ISP
problem, how i can view some sites on this IP and cann't view others?

    thx

Can you provide a traceroute when it's down for you?

    Hello 3-rx,
I would guess it is a problem is with cached DNS. For some reason your ISP has the wrong IP associated with the domain name, and it won't be fixed until they purge their cache. If this happens often to you, one way to get around it is by adding your IP to your hosts file on your PC.

If you need instructions on how to do that let me know (let me know what OS you use).

There looks to be a parent domain problem. Have a look at http://dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport...n=www.3-rx.com for more info.

    Hello 3-rx,
    Using Notepad, open c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
    then add those 2 lines:

    Code:
    www.3-rx.com 207.58.143.109
    3-rx.com 207.58.143.109
Save your file and exit notepad. Your site should start showing up. If it doesn't then it would be something else, but we'll worry about that then
