Anyone have experience with both? I was liking modernbill a lot from what I've read and then there are things that are making me lean toward hsphere that are not billing related. If I end up using the hspere billing is it very capable and how does it compare to modernbill?
You should be able to do everything you need in h-sphere. it allows you to do one time and custom recurring billing for just about anything. I'm not sure if you can use your own order forms yet, I haven't played with it in a while.

That's interesting - the order forms are at least skinnable though, no? I have to say that if the look is not heavily customizable I'll probably change directions. I agree with a post above, I'll probably give it a test I just would love at least make something of a guess beforehand...
I'll make sure and pay special attention to what I can do in terms of modding. I'm not going to go as far as to make calls via an API, I'd just like some heavy customization that is template based. I guess I'll have to check it out.
H-Sphere billing is great and works extremely well and does every aspect of billing including billing on services other than hosting. For example, let's say you have a client who you bill on some type of cycle you can setup an account in H-Sphere and have h-sphere bill them for that service along with hosting or even if they do not host with you it can still bill them for a service. Also another huge PLUS is it is free with H-Sphere no need to buy another service to complete your system.
