I have just had a discussion with my ISP because I understand the fault is in their side. I cannot believe the fault is in my server (located in USA) cause all of you get the site with no problems.
As usual I have not had any solution from their side. They say when I send a request through my explorer, let's say, I send www.guallar.org, my ISP returns its IP. But they say the returned IP is "without" the additional part because of a shared server. In fact, to arrive my server I have to send an IP in this shape... 126.96.36.199/~guallar.
As per my ISP they only return the numeric part so the server does not know what to return. But when all of you have requested guallar.org you have obtained the site.
I am absolutely confused... If you can tell me how this works, I mean, what happens when I call a domain untill I get the site, It would be of great help for me.
