I would like to know what is the real time of answer of site5 for european bussiness hours, because we have about 9 hours of difference.
As an example, sales people seems to connect (chat available, etc) a 7:30 am in the PAcific time, what is 16:30 here at GMT+1 during weekdays, for weekend I think they connect quite later. I pray to correct me if I'm wrong, please.
So for technical support if the 15 minutes answer is only in USA working hours what is the delay for european customers?
I have just talked with a representative via chat, they say 24/7 15 min average, (which is wonderful if it's really true for Europe) and for sales they say they work from 7am to 10pm pacific time (-8) and restricted hours in weekend.
The sales times should be true, because chat changes to available when about 7-7:30 am and also about these hours the mails I have sent my morning (pacific night) are answered. So I think this is a clue to think that probably they have not a sales support 24 hours/day. But I have not tested many times...
EDIT: I mean with "probably they have not a sales support 24 hours/day" that they have answered mails about sales to me according with the conditions stated before, but of course I am not saying they can't process an order 24/7. I guess they do.

I can only add that I've been in contact with their support, and they have been both fast an courteous.
Their order processing was very fast. I guess it's mostly done automatically. ANyway I got a welcome e-mail with helpful instructions immediately.
