As some of you may know, my server recently had a phpBB attack... It eventually got so bad that we had to do an OS reload, and the only old partitions we could back up were /boot, /home, /usr and /var.
Now we've finished transfering these directories to our new OS reload, we reconfigured WHM (Before hand), and so on - the DNS / MX binds show the domains, but the 'List Accounts' doesn't.
Does anyone here have ANY idea how we can get the domains back without re-creating each by hand, then transferring over /home, /var, /boot, and /usr again?
Cpanel wouldn't allow you to create it. But you can try creating it in shell. But the uid/gid will be mismatched for most of your user directories, so fixing it is a long arduous road. Do you have backups?

FTP works now, but addon domains aren't showing up for one of my users...
Theres also one more problem: I created a domain before I assigned the correct IP to the server, and tried to edit the DNS entry by hand - but it still isn't working right; all other domains I created afterwards work fine - but this one won't...
I feel a bit uneasy... You said something about the id's being mismatched if I remade the accounts in cPanel.
Well, I did - and it works... But I'd feel better if there was a way to check for sure, that everything is working properly... Is there? Or is there a way to have cPanel go through and reasign the IDs?
