I am no domain expert but have looked at alot of domains for hosting ventures and my instinct is dataracks.net has lots of potential and probably worth good money, but as for racks365.com , I know where you are going with this ,365 days etc., but doesn't speak to me and would not have any value in my mind outside of being a com.
dataracks.net mid xxx to possibly xxxx with the right buyer
racks365.com not much more than reg fees
Hosting365 is the largest web hosting company in Ireland. They also operate under Register365 and Servers365. If they can market it as well as they have (it's the first host I think of when asked about hosting in Ireland), then I think Racks365 is also quite marketable.
Another thing to note is that most hosting companies offer virtual hosting and domain registration as well as dedicated servers and colocation. Because Racks365 is very specific to the latter 2 services, a buyer would most likely want similar domains such as "Host365" and "Domains365" to complement it.
I think a domain reseller would pay mid to high $xx, could be worth low $xxx to the right end user.
