I emailed them 2 days ago asking about tech support and few other basic questions, the guy name Dave replied after about 4 hours, pretty fast, that all I can tell you right now.
Note that they allow you unlimited database, not just one and use multiple tables like many other hosts. And they lease bandwith from VDI, own their own machines.

Damn :-)
I came to ask the same question. Here`s my info.
I asked them of some "questionable" buisness I wanted to do, they answered within two hours, and gave me a realy senceer answer.
I saw on one board that they had bad support, but I don`t realy know after the tremendus response time.
Maybe you can do some more searching on alltheweb.com (good searchengine) and it popps up bits of pieces that is related to liquidweb. I even found out that they were hosting a MOD chip scam :-)

The support response time is pretty good. How about emailing there tech team and seeing there response considering thats where all hosts fail? Sales response time is always good.

Actually they are (or were) one of the bigger VDI based hosts (as far as I know). They have plenty of clients, but posssibly not many who frequent this board. Just so you know you aren't the first

Usually 24hrs is a tolerable time frame. Plus, its Christmas. So a little more time wouldnt matter so much, now would it?
