    And before that another orange.
    And before that a banana.
    Before that another banana.
    Before that an apple.

2 egg yolks with one whole egg, natural grain toast, glass of orange juice and 3 leanfire pills (sylvester stallone new dietary supplements that been out for the past few weeks. Very good stuff).

BTW I'm on my 3rd going to 4th day without smoking. Almost 16 years and I quite. Have to eat healthy when you do quit.

    I had an early lunch...

Its 11am and I'm eating Ben & Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk ice cream... before that I had 2 slices of pizza.

I'm treating myself today... I'm without the kids (I'm never without them - so its bit of a first).

    Classic Monty Python...

The last thing I had was dinner last night -- leftover spaghetti and meat sauce, as well as a two-egg omelette with ham and cheese. It was all quite delicious.

    What's Ray's? A restaurant?

This thread is really making me hungry...

Regarding the original topic, I had a Wendy's Biggie-sized #2 combo an hour or so ago. For those of you not in the know, the #2 is the "Classic Double", fries, and a drink -- in my case, Coke.

A pretty cool nutritional table for the above meal can be found here, at Wendy's official website. They have a pretty cool system, where you can calculate all the nutritional information for any combination of items on their menu. Take a look if you're interested... although you may not want to when you see just how many carbohydrates, calories, and whatever else you're "looking out for" is in a typical Wendy's meal. 1,330 rock-solid calories, 130 grams of carbs, and 1,820 grams of sodium right here baby.

I just had a plate of Witchetty Grubs.

Normally I lightly fry them in olive oil and garnish with a little wine and garlic, however it is very hot here today so we just ate them raw.

Description: Witchetty grubs are the larvae of moths and beetles which bore into and eat the wood and sap of trees and shrubs. Small piles of sawdust around the base of a plant can indicate an entrance hole.

LOL, that was a good one

Anyways I ate chocolate covered cashews last. I'm sure TheDoctor is having chocolate covered ants right now by looking at his diet habits.
