Exclamation Win 2003 IIS PHP was working, now it's broken

Ok. I want to get PHP working on my server.

    here's the server stats:
    Win 2003
    IIS 6
    php 4.3.11

-I got a copy of php4ts.dll in my c:\windows\system32 directory.
-PHP extensions are enabled, pointing to php4isapi.dll
    -Set extension status are Allowed
-Got the php4isapi.dll for the web site Properties thingy
-all the .dlls have read and write

    and it WAS working.

Then I moved some web directories, changed some IPs changed some ports...then got it the way I liked it.

went to run my "Hello world" echo and I got a "404 page can not be found" error.

I put in the IP addy (since the test page is in the root dir, it's easy to find), and still same error.

I've rebooted, recopied, restarted, and re everything else I could find.

I'm out of ideas. I was wonding if anyone here might know where to look.

    Thank you.

    Stop IIS
    Remove PHP
    Reinstall PHP
    Restart IIS
give "everyone" read permissions to c:\php\

Try That, Had to do this in the past myself. I know what ya mean.
