I understand for system resources:
In TOS, you'll find a line something like "your account will be terminated if you use too much system resources" blah blah. In this case, it's only memory and CPU usage, because the rest are mostly predefined.
yes, memory and CPU is the system resource, however, bandwidth could be consider as well if you are burting alot.
