Ok. So I signed up for their service. 5GB+ space and lots of bandwidth. Also what attracted me was telephone, live chat and email support. Now I only wish they all worked. Especially the telephone support. There IS a number, but everytime you call, you are asked to leave a message. I don't see any point if you're not gonna answer. What's the point of having it?
After signing up, I received a couple of emails about my account and was asked to call them to verify the order so they could activate my site. I called several times and tried for two days. Nobody answers. So I left message. 2 Days later, my site was still inactive. Since telephone didn't work, I tried tech-support live chat. To my surprise, the agent's name was the same as the one I spoke to before signing up. Now I'm not saying its the same person because I don't know for sure, but what are the odds of it? Anyway, so after speaking to this agent, I found out my account has been cancelled. I asked why? Then I was told that they could not contact me to verify the order so the account was cancelled and that I should contact the billing department. I was like, what the
I called several times but nobody answers! There was also another email they sent me to verify the order. BUT with email I was supposed to send a copy of my ID and the credit card. I didn't wanna send my ID and copy of my card. I'm sure many of you won't either. So I was using the phone number provided.
Finally, actually I'm glad they cancelled it. The control panel was awful only offering minimal 5/6 functions. Then (this was before all the dramas) after like 7/8 hours I received an email saying there was a problem with their server so they had to reset my password. It was fishy. I was wondering whether I made a good choice. Then today when I checked my inbox, it was flooded with spams mentioning the domain name!!!! Obviously they sold my email address to spammers.
So were you ever a customer of ****** or did they fail to even activate your account.
I thought that long string of you yelling at ****** support was that you had an active account and were trying to add subdomains to it.
I'm confused about where you were in the process. Here it sounds like you signed up for the account but then they couldn't contact you to verify information and they cancelled the account before they could contact you.
Thanks for all the information but I want to keep track of all the problems and am a bit confused.

Interesting, thanks for heads up. Although it would be nice to hear the other side of the story. It seems as though a problem in communication occured and both parties were unable to get into contact (not sure whos fault that is) sorry to hear about it though, good luck with your next host.
devildog, I saw the advertisement about the subdomain. Then I signed up for their service. But after talking to one of their agents about that subdomain issue, I was willing to let it go and just contnue the service without subdomain.
But this what happened afterwards. I don't think think its my fault that they dont' answer phones, that they dont' check messages.
