SAGO Down?
Is sagonet.com down for you?
A box that I manage for a friend is down at this moment as well as the main www.sagonet.com site.

Yea, this is the second outage in the last 2 hours. The first one was short and it just came back up again. They appear to be having some network problems.

My traces are flipping between Williams communications and Level3. Looks like they might be trying to turn up a new carrier and it is not going well or it is trying to unsuccessfully fall over to a back up carrier.

Yea, this is not good at all. I would prefer it to go down once for 10-15 minutes than these sporadical disconnects.

Matt or Adam will be on im sure tomorrow to give the full blow by blow, but rest assured we are NOT having any network issues or any downtime unreleated to the new carriers' 2+GBPS being added on to the network.
If anyone has any issues unrelated to this, feel free to IM or email me.

This was the reason I got from a tech:
Earlier today, our network was unaccessible in some parts of the world due to an issue regarding one of our bandwidth provider's connection. A major link outside of our network had lost connection, thus causing any traffic destined to our network to be dropped prior to reaching our location. We had contacted our provider earlier in this afternoon, where there after they were able to resolve the issue relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the system where the point of failure had occured was not a system that we have control over. We would like to appologize for any inconviences this may have caused you. Thank you.
And yes, Wiltel is the abovementioned carrier.
