I'm a current datapipe customer, but I can't provide a comprehensive review since I've only been there a couple of months.
I also can't comment on their problem resolution since I haven't had much chance to use it since it's been smooth sailing.
But in the few times I've called in or emailed support, they've been extremely responsive and attentive.
They seem reasonable and do not jump on an opportunity to add extra charges to my account (e.g. to set up VPN capability in a Cisco FW which some other providers charge extra for even if you're already paying for the FW, there is 'elbow room' on bandwidth usage, etc).
We have been with DataPipe for about 3 years now and they are excellent. 100% uptime and lightning fast tech support. When you call them they don't have autoatendants, they answer their phones 24/7 and you get to speak to the tech right away. They will solve server problems in minutes. They are however very very very pricey. I think that nowdays there are other providers with lower prices and equivalent support and uptime. We will be adding servers soon and we will probably go with someone else just because of $$ (and DataPipe is not willing to work with us on price).
Datapipe are really good, I know people that have a windows server with them for ASP hosting, (even have one of my own websites on it for learning ASP), and it hasnt been down once for me in the past 3+ years (been on it since before they had the name change).
