Hi,
I am keep in touch with Online Chat services but they are always saying that due to your credit card try another credit card! I have tried 5 different credit cards and none of them accepted by your payment system. At the same time i tried to buy some domain names and domain names are successfully bought. Futhermore, this problem can not be due to credit limit because one of the credit card I have tried has a big amount of limit which I have bought a new car 3 months ago!
What do I have to do? Online Chat services doesn't say anything different "Try another credit card"...

I am still having problem while ordering. I have both sent e-mail to totalcontrol@theplanet.com and talked with Online Represantatives. (They don't care about problem!!!) Furthermore, here is the conversation between me and represantative:
