    Free ticket system?

Does anyone know a good free ticket system?
Important is that you can reply on the ticket via email.

    Thx in advance!

I've looked at it and while it does not compare to commercial products like Kayako, it does seem to be a solid, basic system.

Cerberus Helpdesk is a great helpdesk. The great thing is they have a free version, so you can get an enterprise level system for nothing

Well worth a look before you look at anything else

Well, you can't really expect everything for free. Be greatful for the system being offered.

If you want a decent support system you have to pay for it. If you take support seriously, then you should be investing in a good solid system that can deliver. If not, then you need to stick to the free ones that have limited functionality.

We use a system called Kayako, It isn't free but it is well worth the investment if you are serious about giving your clients the support we do it's a must.

You might be able to find the free version of PerlDesk on the net somewhere, it does a lot considering the price

Very good, but tricky (doable, but tricky) to install if you don't have root.

From the folks that brought you SmarterMail and SmarterStats, they have a product called SmarterTicket. They have a free version - unlimited tickets, one agent.
