Thursday I went in for a job interview. I took a few tests, and then answered a few more questions. Well, they said "We are reviewing other applicants, and we will possibly give you call for a 2nd internview"
Friday - Saturday - Sunday
No call. I wasn't expecting a call today, but is this a sign that they are not considering me?

I wouldn't take not getting a call on the weekend as a sign of anything.

Anything's a sign of anything, if you look at it how you want to look at it. Because my check hasn't come in the mail yet, is it not coming at all? Because I haven't passed a test yet, am I not supposed to pass? All of these questions we cannot absolutely answer (for they are indefinite), and therefore we can only conclude on a practical basis after a reasonable amount of consideration and deduction that, indeed, if a set amount of time hasn't passed since the initiation of something, it probably isn't going to come.
If your instinct tells you that this time has passed, move on. Otherwise, stick with it until something tells you not to, or word comes your way from your interviewer. Either way, good luck, and I'm sure everything will work out as it should.

Well, whatever company it is, try waiting Monday (tomorrow). If they don't call you by then, then it's a sign. But you never know, maybe they'll call you next week or something. Good Luck!

Did you send an interview follow-up letter?
if they are interviewing others then no they could still contact you.
Sending a follow-up letter will keep your name in front of the others!

Depending on the company it could be many days or even weeks.
I don't know what type of job it is but a serious company will interview dozens of people and take weeks to fill an important position.

I think you are reading a bit to much into his quesiton... Step out of the philosophy classes for a second... lol
To answer your question, your days have been weekends, you "reviewing" probably won't be touched until Monday, I would wait until Wednesday, if you don't hear back, give them a call..

I think you are reading a bit too little into his question. My advice can be applied in all areas and aspects of life, and it was intended to help him work out his current seemingly trivial issue by himself; after all, only he can decide and conclude with resolve and satisfaction. Consider not the motivation, but what is itself said.

I wouldn't read much into it. HR departments are usually one of the busiests parts of an established company and can take weeks to get back to you. It mostly depends on how much pressure the department manager is placing on them to get the position filled.

LMAO, first repeat me, then apply aspects of life... How many interviews have you been to? How many interviews have you held? What is the average waiting period to recieve a response dependant on the number of interviews that have taken place? Your intent to help him throughout life, does not apply to business ethics towards a timly response to a job application..

If you are thinking along these lines, then probably you have some doubt in your interview.
Do you?
As for signs, here is a sign for ya
