We are currently seeking friendly, intelligent and motivated staff to help with supportdesk and forum customer enquiries. Workload varies considerably on a daily basis, so we are looking for people who are flexible and reliable. We need to ensure that no matter what time a customer needs help, there will be a meaningful response within 10 minutes.
» Excellent knowledge of WHM and cPanel
» Good knowledge of website maintenance and scripting
» Excellent communications skills (English)
» Can-do approach to helping people
» Friendly, honest and trustworthy
» Must be over 18, and available on regular shifts
We are not seeking system administrators - you will not be required to deal with a server outside the control panel. We would prefer to hire an individual, rather than use an outsourced support firm, so that we can build up a more personal relationship with our customers.
