Restricting customer server resource usage?

HI,

I am looking for an easy way to restrict users usage of server resources.

I have a particular customer which is using a lot of bandwidth, people are seeking files from him near 24/7 and the server isn't liking it according to the latest crash.

Any ideas on how to restrict this customers usage of server resources?

Thanks

If you are using 1.3 on linux its easy.. mod_throttle will do it nicely.

Its a bit harder with 2 though..
