Seeing "test" and "test_supp" mysql dbs in phpmyadmin

When users loging to their Cpanels and then into phpmyadmin, they are seeing "test" and "test_supp" mysql dbs.

As I understand it, the test database is installed by default with mysql with no access restrictions. Is it better to simply leave it there?

And if I want to remove them, should I just delete them from the server altogether, or is how can I stop it being shown in all users phpmyadmins?

I have not heard of the test_supp database - this may be a user's database on your server. Otherwise, I do believe it is safe to remove the test database - it serves no real purpose.
