Hello

I have a question and i hope that you understand me :

I have a dedicated server and have a website in this server for songs and im looking for the user can only download 3 songs at the same time and when it finished can installed other songs that mean at the same time only 3 songs can user download to gether .

so can i do this trik in my site to keep the load normal and save my bandwedth??!!

I hope that you under stand me .

mod_throttle has the capability to limit transmission speed per user, or globally. Check that out.

It seems like you want to make a user registration/login system. Once a user is logged in, you will want the site to track how many downloads are made per song. This will require some coding in PHP or Perl for example. Perhaps this message should go in the Programming forum?
