How many hour do you sleep per night?
Hello all,
I have quite interesting girfriend, which rarely sleep. Really Uptime record - 7 days. Yeh, she's freak. Another interesting thing - she dont eat much but drinks tons of coffe. When Ieva (thats hers name) had exams, it was enough to eat once per 2-3 days and, 300 cups of coffe and 1 hour of sleep per week. Does she looks nice? Trust me, yes
How many hours do you sleep? Maybe you are freak in one or another way? There is good place to ask(cannot hope interesting answer from secretary).

My girlfriend is the same way. She never goes to bed before 1 in the morning (and that's an early night) and commonly gets up at 5 to go to work. It blows my mind.
I like to sleep between 9 and 10 hours a night.

It just depends for me. Some nights I don't sleep at all then others I sleep for a long period of time.

I fluctuate as well. Most nights I find time to squeeze in 6 to 7 hours and others I'll sleep for 13.

I long for when I can just go to bed and not set my alarm and just sleep as long as I like…
I don’t usually sleep more than six hours per night, and do drink a lot of coffee. I spend approximately €100 per month on coffee.

Well...
When our 2nd daughter was born in Dec I was averaging 4 hours of sleep per night
When she started sleeping for longer stretches I averaged about 5 to 6 hours at night
Now that she sleeps through the night I average about 7-8 hours.<?php echo "Signature here"; ?>

Sleep whats that?
Normally wake up at 5:30am no matter what time I go to bed, body clock must be set permanently.
Normally hit the sack at 11pm so 6.5 hours is normal, if I try for an early night I just wake up early and then doze in and out.Ron Rogers
