I changed my root password and I changed it to one with a space in it like "UYYuygy UvRElih" and now it's not working. I suppose there's no way to rest it myself and I'll have to eat crow by contacting the tech support.
AHH never mind, I fixed it.
If anyone ever does this, it stops recording anything after the space. So the password would be UYYuygy
