    Ive seen that happen but not like that, like they hit the cables that go to the ground and ride up it.

    That looks like its PS. lots of detail, look at the pole leaning all the cables.

    Normally people are fooled by this, but search for a shadow of the car on the ground as well as where the sun hits the other objects in the picture.

    Another little bit of proof that it is real, is that the telephone pole itself is bending from the weight, and the top wires on the one side are slack and the other side are taught.

    Probably the driver will not achieve that again . That is not the easyest way to Park a Car.
