Any reason why not both?
Unless the address is one that you would not like public.
Most customers like the option of sending an email directly to an address they can see, especially if they want to go into detail.
A form is great for someone who just wants to send off a quick note or question.
Normally I like to make the contactus page have all the contact details, postal address, email address, Phone number (if applicable) and a short contactus form at the bottom just to cover all bases.

In my opinion the contact information must contain at least an email address, especially when it's a business website. A contact form is optional.
For me it does not appear very trustworthy when a business website offers only an anonymous contact form. An email address like should be no problem. [email protected]
I recommend to not use "mailto" in your html code as many spam bots are looking for "mailto" to catch email addresses.
I would rather not have full contact information open to the public at this point... it is (phone and address) available upon request though without issue...
I want people to understand that as an web based company selling web based services, our preferred/refined method of communication is email... I also want to avoid spam as much as possible...

At least the email address / contact form. This way - if someone is at work and unable to gain access to his/her personal email, they could still contact you via the form. And some people prefer the email so they can track it.
