Everytime the mysql stopped working I found this warning / error msg in /var/log/mysqld.log

Existing Details: i keep getting this error message in the mysqld.log
050412 00:39:36 mysqld started

And i need to restart the mysql manually.
do you know what's going on & how to fix it ?

Does that actually crash your MySQL server? I get errors similiar to that, but MySQL works just fine.

yes it crashed the MySQL server, i need to manually restart the mysql service.
