I know who owns DemoDemo.com, and I know he is a very honest and just a great person. So I know if I did go with one of his products it will be great! I was thinking of buying a few of the demos for the local clients I am going after. Just wondering for people who did buy some what do the clients think of them? Do they help?

I've purchased a bunch of tutorials from Vito and our clients enjoy them. They seem to prefer them over a regular text FAQ. We did see a drop in support tickets for many of the topics covered, in particular the usage of Cpanel. Our 'less techie' clients who were scared to navigate their way around their CPanel can watch it done first and then do what they need to without any worries.
They seem to be more popular with that same less techie crowd.

I think they are very helpful, as well.
People, by nature, are very visual. They are much more likely to learn something when you show it to them. And a flash demo can do a much better job that a cut-and-dry FAQ or even a support response (if the demo addresses the issue, of course).
I'd expect that the tutorials would cause a drop in the support tickets.

Ditto to Vito's top-shelfness. You'll have no problems on the business side of things.
As for the client feedback, we've had our tutorials up and running for a little over a year now and the feedback is excellent. Not only do customers love the fact that they can be shown how to do something, but they love the fact that they can do it at 3am in the morning and solve their problem right away. Tech support is the same way, but this helps us cut down ticket counts as well

I got many tutorials from demdemo in the past, since 3 weeks i'm trying to make some custom work with no feed back at all!!!

Vito is the man, he stands behind his products and word. I've personally had the pleasure of meeting him, he's a jolly man!
My clients like being able to follow along and see exactly where they should be clicking - with screenshots you don't get that.
Highly recommended.

We have nothing but great things to say about getting the demo's from demodemo.com. They make it easier for the new webmasters to see how something is done and makes support a lot less.
We have a few they use up about 5-10 MB for the one's we have.

In terms of hosting tutorials, DemoDemo is the clear market leader. The quality of their products are good and drives down support costs since your customers can find their own solutions with an animated demo.
